Get what you need with a class that allows everyone to stretch out, increase flexibility, fitness and strength, while relieving tension in the mind and body. Classes are taught in a mix of standing, moving and floor based postures integrating Hatha, Vinyasa and relaxation styles. We encourage and welcome beginner to advanced students of all fitness levels.

Get your class booked as a one-off event or ongoing. Classes are usually capped at 20 students although can be larger with additional teachers by request. By negotiation we can provide mats, straps, blocks and music.
