Get what you need with a class that allows you to stretch out, increase flexibility, fitness and strength, while relieving tension in the mind and body.
Classes go for an hour and are taught in a mix of standing, moving and floor based postures integrating Hatha, Vinyasa and relaxation styles. We
encourage and welcome beginner to advanced students of all fitness levels.
Get your class booked as a one-off event or in six, eight or ten week blocks. Classes are usually capped at 20 students.
We will provide straps, blocks and music while students bring their own yoga mats (a small amount of mats can be provided by special request).
