Get what you need with a class that is tailored just for you and allows you to stretch out, increase flexibility, fitness and strength, while relieving tension in the mind and body. Classes are taught in a mix of standing, moving and floor based postures integrating Hatha, Vinyasa and relaxation styles. Classes are non-denominational and taught in a professional environment so no chanting, incense or candles. We encourage and welcome beginner to advanced students of all fitness levels.

Get your class booked as a one-off event or in six, eight or ten week blocks. We will provide a mat, strap, block and music.
