Sporting Clubs

Get what you need with a class that allows team members to stretch out, increase flexibility, fitness and strength, while relieving tension in the mind and body. Classes are taught in a mix of standing, moving and floor based postures integrating Hatha, Vinyasa and relaxation styles. Classes are nondenominational and taught in a professional environment so no chanting, incense or candles. We encourage and welcome beginner to advanced students of all fitness levels.

Get a large room in your club where we deliver an up to one-hour class when it suits you.

Get your class booked as a one-off event or in six, eight or ten week blocks. Classes are usually capped at 20 students although can be larger with additional teachers by request. We provide straps, blocks and music while students bring their own yoga mats (a small amount of mats can be provided by special request).
